Cafe Taqsim, formerly known as Cafe Bellie, is a Middle Eastern and Central Asian dance benefit concert where both novice and professional dancers can connect, perform, and share their art in service of the community. We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Renegade Orchestra
Have you ever danced the night away to a 20 piece orchestra? The bay area’s own Renegade Orchestra will be presenting a dance filled evening at Ashkenaz Music and Dance Hall on Dec. 16. The string orchestra will be accompanied by a swingin’ rhythm section playing the greatest dance hits of the ‘30s, ‘40s and ‘50s, along with a little jazzy holiday music.
